"The Mark of Zorro"

The film tells us about Zorro’s life. He is the hero and helps the poor people in Spain by giving them money or setting them free. But the king doesn’t like this, then he decides that Zorro needs to disappear and he is taken to a distant prison for many years. After a long time, Zorro escapes and he wants revenge.


Antonio Banderas is amazing as Zorro, he is a great actor and in the film, he “fights” very well with the “soldiers”. Catherine Zeta Jones, who is also a wonderful actress , is the angry Helena. In the film they are a beautiful couple. The prejudice against the poor people can be noticed by the society behaviour. The costume design shows the amazing elegance of the rich women, who had to wear long dresses and need to accept the opinions and decisions of their husbands.


In this romantic adventure film the actors and actress are all great and beautiful. The story is very cool, funny and at the same time soapy.
