MOVIE: TITANIC
DIRECTOR: JAMES CAMERON
GENRE: ROMANTIC DRAMA
THE PLAYERS: LEONARDO DI CAPRIO,
ABOUT THE FILM: THE ROYAL MAIL SHIP TITANIC IS THE GILTED AGE. IT IS DESIGNED TO BE THE GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT OF AN ERA OF CONFIDENCE AND PROSPERITY. ALTHOUGH NO ONE KNOWS IT, THE WORLD IS ABOUT TO CHANGE DRASTICALLY.

RADIO WAS INVENTED IN 1901. THE WRIGHT BROTHER’S FIRST SUCCESSFUL FLIGHT WAS IN 1903. THE OLD PRESUMPTIONS ABOUT CLASS, MORALS, AND GENDER ROLES ARE ABOUT TO BE SHATTERED. IF THE CONCEPT OF TITANIC IS THE CLIMAX OF THE AGE THEN PERHAPS ITS SINKING IS THE COURTAIN THAT MARKED THE END OF THE OLD DRAMA, AND START OF A NEW ONE.
RATING: **** I LIKE TITANIC BECAUSE IT IS VERY, VERY EXCITING AND UNHAPPY.
