Quentin Tarantino - The Director


Quentin Jerome Tarantino was born in Knoxville March 27; 1963.
He is an actor, director and a cinema writer from USA. He got famous in 1990 because of his scripts and the violence shown to make the pattern of American families more realistic.

He is the most famous young director of independent movies from the 90’s. His first script was "Captain Peachfuzz and the Anchovy Bandit" written when he was 22.
In 1984 he started to work in a video shop where he met Roger Avary who helped in the production of Pulp Fiction ( that won the Oscar of most original movie).

At this point, he was studying already, but he was also focused in writing scripts. In 1993 he showed his first work to the public “True Romance”, he wasn’t an anonymous director anymore. He was Quentin Tarantino, the movie director.

His mark in the movies is the violence and the love he has for blood in every part of the bodies flying in the screen.
